CSR Introduction
We have continued to make critical progress in the past financial year in the areas of sustainability and community engagement. Highlights include:
- improving trends in responses to the WYG Staff Survey;
- the launch of the WYG Operating Model;
- the introduction of the Group Green Travel Plan;
- successful re-accreditation of all offices under Investors in People;
- winning the RoSPA Gold Award for Health and Safety Performance;
- external recognition of the Group's Community Engagement Policy;
- corporate structure streamlining;
- the development of new brand and livery;
- improvements in management reporting systems;
- the launch of the WYG Learning Academy; and
- the appointment of the first Group Internal Auditor.
